Nick's Nest, World Famous Hot Dogs, Inc

Nick’s Nest was founded in 1921 by Nick Malfas. It started as a roadside popcorn cart. In 1922 hot dogs were introduced. Nick’s Nest stayed in the Malfas family for three generations. It became a landmark in Holyoke.

In 2005 Nick’s Nest was purchased by Kevin and Jenn Chateauneuf. They have added to Nick’s Nest without taking away from what makes Nick’s Nest popular, their hot dogs. Nick’s Nest now features french fries, onion rings, chicken tenders and soft serve ice cream.
